Wind netbook manufacturer, Micro-Star International has now detailed the latest addition to its gaming laptop line-up, the Centrino 2-loaded GX620. Coming with a 15.4-inch LCD screen, the GX620 laptop measures 358 x 260 x 27-31mm and has a rather stylish black casing with an aluminum base and a red trim. The new laptop is available with either a 6- or 9-cell battery and it features the ECO Engine, a power saving function that is set to boost battery life, and the not so energy-efficient Turbo Drive Engine, an overclocking option which enables users to overclocked the CPU via a 'Turbo' button found above the keyboard.

Spec wise, MSI's GX620 can include a new, Montevina 45nm Core 2 Duo CPU, an Intel PM45-powered motherboard, up to 4GB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce 9600M GT graphics card with 256MB of dedicated memory. For storage MSI provides either a 160, 250 or 320GB SATA hard drive and a DVD burner. Also, the laptop boasts 802.11 N WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth (optional),a 2 megapixel camera and a 4-in-1 memory card reader.

A few GX620 models are already appearing in stores so be on the lookout.
