Non-defecting Nvidia partner BFG certainly could not miss out on offering a GeForce 9800 GTX+ model with its uber-kewl brand engraved on it but since this all seemed too déjà vu, the company has apparently decided to only release a factory overclocked G92b card. Just announced, the GeForce 9800 GTX+ OC has DirectX 10 support, a PCI-Express 2.0 x16 interface and 512 MB of GDDR3 memory clocked at 2250 MHz (2200 MHz stock).
Based on Nvidia's reference design, the new OC-branded card has 128 Stream Processors set at a frequency of 1890 MHz and a GPU clocked at 780 MHz, both up from the 1836 MHz and 738 MHz found on stock models. The BFG GeForce 9800 GTX+ OC has already appeared in and around Europe and can be found for as little as
167 Euro.
