Although it has already taken the Radeon HD 4870 X2 to great heights with the XOC³ H2O Edition Diamond Multimedia decided it wouldn't hurt to offer another factory overclocked dual RV770 card. Enter the Radeon HD 4870 X2 XOC Edition, which makes use of AMD's reference design but has two 800 Stream Processor-boasting RV770 chips clocked at 800 mHz (750 MHz stock) and 2GB of GDDR5 memory set to 3900 MHz (3600 MHz).

Seen be low, the dual-GPU Radeon also features a 256-bit memory interface, dual-DVI connectivity, DirectX 10.1 and CrossFireX support, and requires extra power via two PCIe connectors. Diamond's new "beastie" can be found @ TigerDirect with a price tag of $574.99.
